BELFOR Property Restoration seeks an Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, prepare competitive estimates in Xactimate, and manage projects through completion while reviewing budgets with clients and management.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, extensive customer service experience, and proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office.

Formación

• English literacy and fluency.
• Must use BELFOR Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals, etc.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with Xactimate.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional interactions with coworkers and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain local area clientele, primarily insurance adjusters and other business stakeholders.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Possess working knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Develop and adhere to budgets and address overages as they arise.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed (board-ups, water/fire damage).
• Maintain schedules with trades/management to ensure on-time completion.
• Utilize BELFOR standards for estimates, proposals, and change orders.
• Identify site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams to improve Belfor USA Group, Inc services.
