BELFOR Property Restoration seeks a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients and develop quality estimates using Xactimate, manage work through completion, review budgets, and communicate progress with clients and management.

This role requires proficiency in Xactimate, knowledge of building codes, and strong communication. Prior BELFOR estimate standards and certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50,000 and Commercial estimates up to $100,000.
• Completed BELFOR Estimating Platform L1 & L2 certifications.
• Completed Xactimate Intermediate training.
• Experience with national rate and material invoicing.
• Strong English literacy; MSDS awareness.
• Familiarity with BELFOR Estimate Format Standards.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Xactimate.

Responsabilités

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under estimates.
• Develop floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Apply knowledge of local building codes.
• Create/balance budgets; address overages as needed.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and changes.
• Manage estimates through completion with clients & management.
• Maintain safety and timely reporting per policy.
• Participate in BELFOR University training and tests.
• Independently manage own work and schedules.
