Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an Estimator to develop and manage estimates across residential, commercial and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, prepare quality estimates using Xactimate, and oversee jobs through completion while coordinating with management on progress and budgets.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in reviewing invoices, and attention to cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience with creating and managing estimates in Xactimate.

• Strong knowledge of building codes and codes compliance.
• Excellent client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for residential, commercial and industrial lines.
• Meet with clients to develop quality and competitive estimates.
• Review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management.
• Maintain project through completion and ensure costs are included in monthly job costs.
• Coordinate after hours emergency services as needed.
• Maintain safety and vehicle maintenance standards.
