Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, manage projects through completion, review budgets, and communicate progress to clients and management.

The role requires strong knowledge of building codes, ability to develop accurate scopes and budgets, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must expand and maintain local area clientele, primary contacts with owners/ adjusters/ consultants.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under; develop floor plans and sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to complete work on time.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates/proposals/change orders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes.
