Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor in Ross County, OH, to lead the care coordination team and ensure high-fidelity wraparound services for children and families. This role focuses on training, documentation, and community collaboration.

The position requires supervisory experience in behavioral health, excellence in communication, and knowledge of EHR systems. A $5,000 hiring bonus is available along with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Experience in coordinating care in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee activities of care coordination team members through meetings and supervision.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Conduct individual and group conferences to support skill improvement.
• Promote teamwork and recognition within the team.
• Ensure high fidelity wraparound training credential and required documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with on-call rotation and fidelity monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with systems and partners to ensure high-quality services for children and families.
