Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) in Highland County, OH to ensure adherence to the high-fidelity wraparound model and supervise the care coordination team serving children and families. This role offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and requires a relevant degree with supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will collaborate with staff, families, and community partners, ensuring quality, compliant services under Medicaid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health field required, preferably with multi-system youth or autism/developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of regulations for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and autism.
• High fidelity wraparound services knowledge preferred (training post-hire).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clinical knowledge of children with co-occurring developmental disorders and complex behavioral health issues.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordination team members through meetings, supervision, and regular communications.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Support staff through conferences, case problem analysis, and skill improvement.
• Promote teamwork and recognition.
• Ensure completion of training credentials and care plans.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and fidelity review processes.
• Collaborate with systems and stakeholders to ensure high-quality services.
• Assess needs in crisis situations and inform response.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Medicaid standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and assist in staffing decisions.
• Participate in staff selection and hiring processes.
