Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor in Ross County, OH. The role emphasizes adherence to the high-fidelity wraparound model and quality care for children and families, with leadership over a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Three years of experience coordinating supportive services.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Behavioral health field experience required; multi-system youth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care coordination team activities and maintain regular communications.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Support staff through conferences, case analysis, and skill development.
• Maintain high fidelity wraparound training credentials and documentation.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and participate in fidelity review activities.
