Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ross County, OH, seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor to lead the care coordination team and ensure high-fidelity wraparound services for children and families. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Three years of experience coordinating supportive services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, multi-system youth or autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee care coordination team activities.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community.
• Conduct individual and group conferences to support staff development.
• Promote teamwork and recognize staff contributions.
• Ensure documentation meets Medicaid and care plan requirements.
• Participate in fidelity review and OhioRISE planning.
• Collaborate with systems and partners to ensure high-quality services.
• Manage on-call rotation and crisis assessments.
• Assist in staff hiring and onboarding.
• Other duties as assigned.
