Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) in Ross County, OH. The role focuses on high-fidelity wraparound care coordination for children and families, guiding staff and coordinating with community partners to ensure quality services.

The position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and requires leadership experience in behavioral health, with a bachelor's/master's degree and relevant licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Three years of experience coordinating supportive services.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health field required; multi-system youth experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Regulations for behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee care coordination team activities and communications.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Ensure delivery of ICC/MCC with documented care plans and assessments.
• Promote teamwork and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain high fidelity wraparound training credentials.
