Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ross County, OH, seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) to lead the care coordination team and ensure adherence to the high-fidelity wraparound model for children and families. The role is based in Ohio and reports to the program leadership.

The position requires three years of coordinated services experience, supervisory background, and a strong behavioral health foundation, with LSW/LPC preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in the behavioral health field required, preferably with multi-system youth or ASD/developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and autism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee activities of care coordination team members.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Ensure documentation meets Medicaid standards and reviews care plans and assessments.
• Coordinate with systems/partners to ensure high-quality services for families/caregivers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and fidelity monitoring.
