Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ross County, Ohio, is seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) to ensure fidelity to wraparound care models for children and families. Requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s in a related field, LSW/LPC preferred, and at least three years of care coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• LSW or LPC licensure preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in coordinated supportive services/care coordination.
• Experience supervising staff in behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of high fidelity wraparound services and Medicaid standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee care coordination team members and maintain regular communications.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Deliver routine training and support; analyze case problems and improve staff skills.
• Promote teamwork and recognize staff contributions.
• Ensure documentation and care plans meet Medicaid and fidelity requirements.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and participate in fidelity monitoring.
• Collaborate with systems and partners to deliver high-quality services with family voice and choice.
• Assess needs in crisis situations and respond appropriately.
• Interpret and adhere to applicable regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Evaluate staff performance and participate in hiring decisions.
