Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide to support wound care patients in a Milwaukee-area clinic. The role involves assisting with daily patient care, vital signs, documentation, and coordination with the health care team.

Hours are 32 per week, four days across Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Holidays and weekends are not included. BLS and CNA credentials are required or pursued within specified timelines.

Competenze

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing with the State Registry.
• GED or High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, daily weights, and documentation in EMR.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges under RN supervision.
