Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care on Med Surg. You will assist RNs with daily activities, monitor vitals, and documentation in the EMR. The role includes 7am-7pm shifts, every third weekend, and rotating holidays.

Required CNA/Nurse Aide status and BLS, plus GED/HSED or high school diploma. Benefits, PTO, and career development opportunities are provided by Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing per state registry.
• GED/HSED or high school diploma.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist RN with daily patient care: bathing, feeding, mobility.
• Record vitals, intake/output, weights; document in EMR.
• Perform rounds and communicate patient needs to RN.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge with room setup.
• Collect specimens and assist with basic lab tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock nursing area.
• Assist with transfers and dietary needs.
