Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding and ambulation.
• Record and document vital signs, intake/output, daily weights, and other patient data in EMR.
• Communicate observations and needs to RN and participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes.
