Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding and mobility.
• Document vital signs, I&O, weights, and data in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and proper PPE use.
• Coordinate tests and treatments between departments for patient care.
