Solventum is a growing healthcare solutions company seeking a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive strategic account development in a field-based territory. You will engage clinicians, navigate complex sales cycles, and advance product adoption across care settings.

You will leverage data-driven insights, maintain CRM records, and build strong relationships with economic and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years sales/clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and medical device sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver growth.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data in Salesforce.
• Identify and solve customer priorities.
• Build relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders.
• Grow adoption of e-order platforms and therapy programs.
• Ensure orders are billable with proper documentation.
• Provide customer support and service.
• Support conferences and symposiums.
