Job summary

Solventum seeks a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive sales across a national territory, collaborating with clinicians, hospitals, and post-acute facilities to deliver value from our wound care portfolio.

The role requires field-based travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license. You’ll leverage Salesforce and MS Office to grow the business and ensure orders are billable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets/quotas
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning
• Maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities
• Demonstrate proficiency after completing sales training
• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective product use
• Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for proposed solutions
• Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Identify new patients that could benefit from therapy
• Grow adoption of electronic order submission platforms and therapy consignment programs
• Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary documentation
• Provide customer support/service
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
