Solventum is seeking a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive growth across a defined sales territory. You will build relationships with clinicians and economic stakeholders, manage opportunities from identification to close, and ensure patient access to our wound care solutions.

This field-based role requires data-driven planning, effective use of Salesforce, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years sales/clinical experience.
• OR high school diploma and minimum 6 years sales/clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage a sales territory focused on customer support and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with post-acute facilities.
• Use data and analytics for business planning.
• Ensure orders are billable with required documentation.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
