Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive customers strategy across a national sales territory. You will collaborate with clinicians, manage accounts, and grow adoption of wound care solutions while ensuring compliant documentation.

This role requires at least 2 years in sales or clinical settings, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2+ years in sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and data-driven planning.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver growth.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data in Salesforce.
• Identify and solve customer priorities and constraints.
• Routinely consult with clinicians on product use and safety.
• Persuade stakeholders at post-acute facilities to adopt solutions.
• Grow adoption of electronic order submission platforms and therapy programs.
• Ensure orders are billable with documentation.
• Provide customer support and participate in conferences and trade shows.
