Job summary

Solventum is seeking a field-based Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to expand our sales territory, nurture clinician and administrator relationships, and drive adoption of our solutions across healthcare settings.

The role requires travel up to 20%, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record of meeting quotas. You will leverage Salesforce and MS Office for planning, reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products.
• Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms, and therapy consignment programs.
• Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
• Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program
• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products
• Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for proposed solutions and products
• Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Identify new patients that could benefit from therapy (including NPIs)
• Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms, and therapy consignment programs
• Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary required documentation
• Provide customer support / service
• Support conference, trade shows, and symposiums
