Job summary

Healogics, the largest provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Center. You will deliver patient care, manage intake/discharge, and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

Role may include Case Manager duties and HBO-related tasks after training; a long-term opportunity with ADN and RN license required, BSN preferred, wound care certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• ADN degree required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager: initial nursing assessment, care plans and documentation.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• May assume hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers and program director regarding clinic and patient needs.
• Act as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
