Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Wound Care Center. You will provide direct patient care, handle intake and discharge, and may act as a Case Manager for a group of patients. HBO-related duties and collaboration with the clinic team are included.

Required education includes a Nursing ADN and an active RN license in the practicing state; wound care certification is preferred, with prior wound care experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN degree required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and nursing documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• Serve as Case Manager to a group of patients as assigned.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• May perform HBO-related duties after training and collaborate with providers.
