Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Wound Care Center. The role involves direct patient care, intake/discharge processing, and potential Case Manager responsibilities for a group of patients.

HBO-related duties may be assigned after training, along with documentation support. Ideal candidates hold an ADN with an active RN license in the state of practice. BSN is preferred and wound care certification or experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Current RN license in practicing state.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients per nursing standards.
• Manage patient intake and discharge procedures.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Performs HBO-related duties after training.
• May assume hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and program/medical directors.
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Perform other duties as required.
