Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and participate in case management as assigned. Training in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) will be provided, with potential duties as a Documentation Assistant as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple clinicians, maintaining patient records, and ensuring adherence to CMS and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• ADN required
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge per hospital standards
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients as assigned
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center Providers, Program Director and Medical Director
• May function as Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy
• Perform other duties as required
