Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and support case management. The role includes possible vein clinic duties after training and collaboration with the medical team.

The Nurse will participate in quality initiatives, educate patients and caregivers, and perform HBO-related tasks after completing company training. A strong team player is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in state required and maintained throughout employment.
• ADN degree required with BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification and BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and handles intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients and coordinate care.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and educates patients/caregivers.
• Performs HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• May assume hyperbaric safety director tasks after training.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers and managers to address patient needs.
