Job summary

Healogics, LLC. seeks a motivated RN to deliver patient care in the Wound Care Center and participate in vein clinic activities. You will manage patient intake/discharge and may serve as a case manager for assigned patients, coordinating assessments, care plans, and advocacy.

The role requires an active RN license, ADN, and BSN preferred, with wound care experience and BLS certification. HBO-related duties may be assigned, with strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred and wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients including assessments and care planning.
• Perform HBO related duties after training; may serve as safety director after training.
• Collaborate with clinicians and directors; may act as scribe as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
