Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in the Wound Care Center, handle patient intake and discharge, and support a case-managed patient group. The role may include additional HBO-related duties after training.

The position collaborates with Program and Medical Directors and may serve as a scribe. RN licensure in the state of practice is required; BSN and wound care certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge for Wound Care Center.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Work with healthcare providers to address clinic and patient needs.
• May act as Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
