Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients, manage intake and discharge, and potentially serve as a case manager.

The role requires an ADN and an active RN license in Michigan; BSN and wound care certification/experience are preferred. The RN will perform HBO-related duties after training, collaborate with the Medical Director and other providers, and ensure patient care aligns with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• ADN in Nursing
• Current RN license in state of practice

• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles intake and discharge processes.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after training.
• May serve as Case Manager to a group of patients with care planning and education.
• Performs HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to address clinic and patient needs.
• May act as Documentation Assistant per policy.
