Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States. The Registered Nurse will deliver patient care in the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and may serve as a Case Manager for a group of patients, coordinating with physicians and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice required throughout employment.
• BSN preferred, Wound Care certification preferred.
• BLS certification and strong patient communication required.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care in the Wound Care Center and manage intake/discharge per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained, and serve as Case Manager for assigned patients where applicable.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and communicate findings with the physician.
