Job summary

Healogics, the largest provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeks an RN to deliver patient care at the Wound Care Center. You will manage patient intake and discharge, document care plans, and support physicians in daily clinical operations under CMS and hospital policies.

Required: ADN with RN license in the practicing state; BSN preferred; BLS; wound care experience preferred; HBO training; potential Case Manager duties.

Qualifications

• ADN degree required; RN license required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Complete nursing assessments and document care plans.
• Perform HBO-related duties and safety director tasks as trained.
• Collaborate with providers and the Program/Medical Directors.
• Serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as required.
