Job summary

Smith+ Nephew seeks an Account Manager for NPWT to impact patient health by selling Pico and Renasys to OR and acute care facilities. You will lead territory plans, present to key customers, and educate end users on clinical benefits while fostering strong relationships with decision makers.

The role emphasizes multi-point selling, Challenger Selling training, and strong analytical skills to manage pipelines and territories across the Omaha area. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting.
• Strong presentation skills to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Analytical skills for pipeline and territory management.
• Experience selling with multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals applying excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customers relationships.
• Utilize sales abilities to call on acute care facilities to promote key brands such as Pico™, Renasys™, and other products
• Use your product knowledge and expertise to educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customers groups as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups
• You will build your business through your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
