• Current CMA, CNA or EMT certification licensed in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years of medical office administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the front desk; schedule appointments and reminders.
• Verify patient insurance and pre-authorizations; enter data into databases.
• Assemble and maintain patient charts; ensure data completeness and signatures.
• Coordinate ancillary testing with hospital departments as needed.
• Assist RN/Provider with intake and discharge within scope of practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with the care team.
