Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator to support a dynamic outpatient wound care center. You will handle administrative duties, coordinate patient flow, verify insurance, schedule visits, and assist providers to ensure efficient patient care.

With a CMA/EMT/CNA background and strong organization, you will contribute to accurate record-keeping, prepare charts, and support clinical workflows while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant CMA, EMT or CNA program approval.
• Current CMA/CNA/EMT license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years office administration in a medical setting.
• Prior medical coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments and reminders; support care continuum.
• Verify insurance, obtain pre-certifications; data entry in databases.
• Assist RN/Provider with intake, discharge and clinical tasks as allowed.
• May serve as a scribe and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate ancillary testing with other hospital departments.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies; ensure data accuracy.
• Uphold confidentiality and support fast-paced team workflow.
