Healogics is a leading provider of advanced wound care services, operating outpatient centers across the United States. We are seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator to manage front office tasks and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.

The role combines administrative duties with clinical tasks under RN/provider guidance, ensuring accurate scheduling, documentation, and patient flow in a fast-paced wound care center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Current CMA, CNA, or EMT certification in state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years office administration experience in a medical setting.
• Prior medical coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greets patients and visitors; answers and routes calls.
• Maintains patient communication: scheduling, rescheduling, reminders.
• Verifies and enters patient insurance info and charges.
• Assembles and files patient charts; maintains data completeness.
• Coordinates/schedules ancillary testing with hospital departments.
• Under RN/provider direction, provides wound-related patient care as approved.
