Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator (CMA/CNA) in Parker, Colorado.

This hybrid administrative/clinical role supports a busy outpatient wound care center, handling front office tasks, patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry under RN or provider direction. The successful candidate will be a CMA, EMT, or CNA with current state certification, plus 2+ years of medical office experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CMA/EMT/CNA program approved by CAAHEP or ABHES.
• Current CMA/CNA/EMT certification licensed in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years of medical office administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, schedule/ reschedule, and provide reminders.
• Coordinate front office activities and maximize daily patient census.
• Verify insurance and pre-authorizations; data entry.
• Assist RN/provider with wound-care processes.
• Maintain patient charts and support transportation as needed.
