Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator to support a busy outpatient wound care center. This role blends administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

You will coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and charting while assisting the nursing staff. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Certified CMA/EMT/CNA program approved by CMAHEP/ABHES or equivalent.
• Current CMA/CNA/EMT certification licensed in state employed.
• Minimum 2+ years office administration experience, preferably in medical setting.
• Prior medical coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer and route calls to staff.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage patient communications.
• Obtain and verify patient insurance information; prepare data in databases.
• Assist RN/provider; gather patient information and prepare supplies.
• Maintain patient charts and assist with administrative/clinical tasks as needed.
