Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Graduate from CMA, CNA, or EMT program approved by CAAHEP/ABHES.
• Current CMA/CNA/EMT certification licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and route calls to staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and send appointment reminders.
• Coordinate patient charts, data entry, and charges.
• Support front office operations and assist staff as needed.
• Maintain patient information, insurance data, and surveys.
