Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator to manage front office functions and provide dual administrative/clinical support in an outpatient wound care center.

You will greet patients, handle scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry, while assisting nursing staff with care coordination. Under RN/provider supervision, you may assist in intake, discharge, and basic wound care tasks, following hospital and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CMA/EMT/CNA certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience, preferably in medical setting.
• Current CMA/CNA/EMT certification licensed in applicable state; active throughout employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math, data entry, and attention to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greets patients and visitors; answer and route calls; manage scheduling and reminders.
• Enter patient insurance information, pre-certifications, and charges into databases.
• Assist with patient intake/discharge and clinical support under RN/provider direction.
• Prepare, file, and manage patient charts; coordinate ancillary testing and transportation.
