Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a qualified medical administrative specialist with CMA/EMT/CNA certification to support center operations. The role combines administrative duties with clinical tasks under supervision, handling patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and chart management.

You will assist in wound care processes, coordinate with the RN/Provider, and ensure smooth patient flow while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program approved by CAAHEP/ABHES.
• Current CMA/CNA/EMT certification licensed in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years office administration experience in a medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative: coordinate with Center leadership, greet patients, schedule/coordinate appointments, collect insurance data, enter charges, and manage charts and material logistics.
• Clinical: provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider supervision, assist with intake/discharge, gather patient information, and communicate care plans with team.
