Job summary

The Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Wound Care Center team. You will provide wound-related patient care under the direction of an RN or Provider, following policies and safety guidelines, and participate in hyperbaric therapy duties after specialized training.

Requirements include a valid LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of experience (SNF/LTACH preferred), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Two+ years as LPN/LVN; SNF/LTACH experience preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• Assist with intake and discharge.
• Support case management under RN direction.
• Document and report quality of care issues.
