Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced Wound Care Sales Specialist to drive the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across Central Texas. You will engage Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, building deep relationships with clinicians and key hospital staff to expand product adoption.

Based in the San Antonio area, you will travel frequently (25-35%) to cover territory, manage accounts, and meet sales targets while representing brands like Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed-Sorbact, and Sorbion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales experience in Healthcare preferred.
• Wound care or surgical market exposure a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across Central Texas healthcare market.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly to customers.
• Assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
