Job summary

Healogics, the largest provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeks a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and work with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requires current RN license, ADN minimum; BSN preferred, 1 year RN experience (2+ years preferred), BLS, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director.
• Provide staff development and in-services.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/DOH/Hospital and Healogics policies.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
