Job summary

Healogics in the United States is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate the wound care center's clinical activities, assess patients, plan care, and drive quality improvement in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director.

The role requires an active RN license (ADN minimum, BSN preferred), 1 year of RN experience (2+ preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and maintained.
• ADN is minimum; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CMAs and other staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/DOH and CMS guidelines.
• Support staff development and training.
