Job summary

Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care across the U.S. We seek a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.

You will supervise nurses and allied staff, coordinate case management, and drive quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director. You will ensure adherence to HIPAA, DOH, hospital, and CMS requirements while maintaining patient satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and must maintain throughout employment.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide case management and patient education per protocols.
• Oversee clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and technicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet objectives.
• Identify process improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
• Support staff development and performance feedback.
• Participate in center quality indicators and budget coordination.
