Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (CNM) to lead and coordinate the clinical activities of the Wound Care Center. You will collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet objectives and improve healing outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, ADN with BSN preferred, and 1+ year RN experience; supervisory experience is a plus. You will support staff development, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to patient satisfaction in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care/vascular certification preferred.
• Minimum one year RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and care planning.
• Provide oversight to RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and other staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on program objectives.
• Engage in staff development and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, hospital, and CMS guidelines.
