Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. You will coordinate case management, supervise nursing staff, and work with leadership to meet program objectives and ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include an active RN license, ADN at minimum, BSN preferred, and 1 year of RN experience (2+ years preferred) with wound care certification preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and must be maintained.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two or more years preferred; supervisory experience preferred; wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and oversee case management.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, technicians).
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and quality indicators.
• Ensure compliance with policies, CMS guidelines, HPAA regulations, and hospital requirements.
• Participate in staff development and provide education and orientation as needed.
