Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities at a Wound Care Center. You will work with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and support optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include case management oversight, staff development, and collaboration with health care providers to improve processes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, DOH, and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required to maintain throughout employment.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all responsibilities related to Case Management.
• Provide case management to a group of patients per protocols and procedures.
• Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities and provides oversight to RNs/LPNs/CMAs.
• Collaborates with other health care providers and hospital staff on clinical needs.
• Complies with HIPAA, DOH, hospital and Healogics requirements.
• Engages in staff development and orientation.
