Job summary

Healogics, LLC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the Wound Care Center's clinical activities, including patient assessment, care planning, and quality improvement, in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director.

The role requires an active RN license (ADN minimum; BSN preferred), 1 year of RN experience, and strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; wound care certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (must be maintained).
• ADN minimum required; BSN preferred.
• One year of RN experience required; two+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case management for a group of patients following protocols.
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and other staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on needs.
• Identify process improvements while complying with HIPAA/ CMS.
• Support staff development, training, and orientation.
• Assist in budgetary and program objective coordination.
• Coordinate vein clinic activities if applicable.
• Contribute to wound care center quality indicators.
• May serve as scribe or hyperbaric safety director when trained.
