Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the Wound Care Center's clinical activities. You will coordinate patient care assessments, planning, and implementation while working with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and ensure high-quality healing outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure, ADN with BSN preferred, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide patient care assessments, planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH and CMS guidelines.
• Lead staff development and provide in-services.
