Job summary

Healogics, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. You will assess patients, plan care, implement treatments, and drive quality improvement in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director.

The role requires an RN license, ADN minimum (BSN preferred), and 1 year of RN experience (2+ years preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of HPAA/DOH and CMS guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Supervise and support RN/LPN/CMA staff and other clinical team members.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on patient care and quality goals.
• Identify process improvements while complying with HIPAA, DOH and CMS guidelines.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate budgets and program objectives with leadership.
